The worst kind of conversation is the one that involves explaining sarcasm. More insulting than a rejected high-five. You're trying to have an interesting conversation, and you end up making a complete fool out of yourself. I know this person who takes almost everything literally. Not sure if this guy is too cynical to accept, or too dumb to understand sarcasm. Accidentally using a metaphor or saying something sarcastic around this guy can be awfully dangerous. One of those extreme face-palm moments when you feel like banging your head against the wall. I still can't think of a good title, so I'm going to go with this again ^.
